Origin Time-out Source: Set Transaction status

Hi,

For some transactions bot has failed to set the transaction status in Orchestrator using Set Transaction status activity in SetTransaction.xaml

Error Message : Origin Time-out Source: Set Transaction status

I have provided 120 seconds as timeout - still I’m getting this error.

Any solution?

We have been seeing this as well, and reported it to UiPath. They had us check the record counts in our tables and our Log table in the UiPath database has over 60 million records. They say that can cause these timeouts, so we are working on setting up automatic removal/archive of old records from the Log table.

I’m using cloud orchestrator.

There must be a way to manage the db for the cloud instances, no?
