Orchestrator won't start, An unexpected error occured

I had a problem with orchestrator so I decided to reinstall it and after reinstallation I am getting “An unexpected error occured” message displayed with a status code 500. This is the error I’m getting in system logs :

Any help is appreciated.

I still get an error when I try to call this API https://asus-n750jv:443/odata/Releases?$filter=%20Name%20eq%20’Test’ from Postman. Here is the log:
