Ochestrator Installation Issue - An unexpected error has Occured

I have been trying for days to install the UIpath Orchestrator and it keeps giving the error “An unexpected error has occured” when the installation gets to about 50%.

Kindly assist me to resolve this.

First of all. did your server have all the requirements available? How far does the installation go before returning the error?

Try using the uipathOrchestrator.msi and install from commandline. You can output the information to a log file.
Go to url: https://cloud.uipath.com/
Check the resource center to download the latest Orchestrator verision.

run this command: UiPathOrchestrator.msi TELEMETRY_ENABLED=0 /l*vx log.txt
any error will be logged in the txt file.

edit: do you maybe have Microsoft Monitoring agent installed on your server? Then please check this:

I have upgrade orc to 2019.10.14 After windows patches the other day our orchestrator failed to start. I found a potential conflict between Microsoft monitoring agent. Does anyone have any experience in setting up 2019.10.14 with monitoring agent ?

You give the url when you install orchestrator.

otherwise check your site bindings in IIS after installation
