Orchestrator won't load

Hi

We installed Orchestrator on a VM server. Install was successful. But when i try to go to orchestrator page it just spins the logo. i checked event log. This is the warning i see. Can anyone please let me know what is the issue?

Unable to access the orchestrator link and it is just blinking with the uipath logo in the middle of the page [image] Solution: Step 1 : Verify the Application Pool details & reapply Navigate to: IIS -> Application Pool -> Advanced settings -> Identity -> Custom Account -> Set Credentials -> Provide Domain\Username & password.
