Orchestrator Login page do not appear after successful Installation

Orchestrator Installation using windows authentication and AD domain goes successful.
however, when I launch the website, the UI logo keeps on blinking in the middle of screen with the following error in the event logs.

Abp.Authorization.AbpAuthorizationException: Current user did not login to the application!
at UiPath.WebApi.Authorization.UiAuthorizationHelper.d__2.MoveNext()
— End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown —

Another thing I noticed is that during Installation, on the Orchestrator authentication setting page, there is no option to set ADMIN passwords for host and default ADMIN. The page only shows “Enable Windows Authentication” option. I am using MSI installer for 18.4.x
