Orchestrator url keep loading after installation

Hi Everyone,

I have installed the orchestrator on server after that i am trying to open the orchestrator link but it keep loading on browser and url getting refresh with below error with url link.

/portal/autherror?error=Failed%20to%20fetch

Please help me to solved this issue.

i have installed the new onpremises orchestrator in machine , after installation i am not getting the login page , url keep refreshing automatically in browser and in link showing error
Like below

Https://domain/portal/autherror?error=Failed%20to%20fetch

Give a try after some time by clearing all cache in the browser

This is the one I was talking about.

Two main reasons for this may your IIS and Proxy
Just add your url name in to your proxy
And go to IIS restart the orchestrator
And there are few settings that have to be don on there
Hope you already did it
