Orchestrator - send email using API?

Hello

Is there a way for the Orchestrator to send email via an API ? or the notifications can only be send by setting up the email tab in Orchestrator ?

Thank you for your answer ! But I actually want to know if there is a way to interface Orchestrator with a component which will serve as a relay for automatic reports ? There are specifics features in this component we want to have.
Or is it necessary to configure the smtp server in the Orchestrator email Tab ?

The answers I’m guessing are “no” and “yes” for the questions, but I wish to have others answers.
