Orchestrator robot not working

Hello if i want to mannualy start a process on orchestrator it says faulted and i get this message: #job for #process OrchestratorTestHelloWorld on #robot TestRobot failed. (#1680). But the weird think is if i run it trough the robot pop up thing (agent instead of manual) it works fine can anybody help>

kindly check once whether the machine bot is connected to the orchestrator where we are going to execute the process
