The Orchestrator practice platform went down! Did Anyone else see this problem?
Yes, down on my end as well & received the same error message. Hopefully it’s resolved soon since unable to run anything currently without it being accessible.

Yes, the server is having some issues. I have addressed this to our team handling the Orchestrator CE, waiting for them to solve it asap.
