Orchestrator Performance issue "An error has occurred"

Hello all,

we recently upgraded our orchestrator to 2022.4.4 but we are facing some Performance issue on it as sometimes it shows a msg saying "An error has occurred’ but nothing more than that. Also, if we check the orchestrator event logs nothing helpful is there except one error event that i am not recognizing.

Any one of you have faced similar issue?

This problem can be caused by many reasons. It is important to open a ticket to the UiPath side, especially for errors received after upgrade work.

Hey Nabin,

Have you got the maintenance scripts setup?
Maintenance Considerations (uipath.com)

The only real time I’ve seen this is when the tables have got out of hand, so if they’re not setup, I’d highly recommend looking at them as your first fix.
