Problem with Orchestrator: An Error has Occured


I haven’t been able to enable and disable processes on orchestrator, because it tells me “An Error has Occured”.
Another problem I’ve encountered is that I can’t look at the process logs in run.

How can I solve it?

Is it Community edition or Enterprise edition?

I have a 2018.2.3 version. We are in the process of updating but currently we have many processes in production that are at a standstill because of this problem.

You can also check the event Viewer in the server, so you may get logs where it is error out

Also I suggest to reach technical support of UiPath
