When i try and disable a process on orchestrator, it does not disable and brings an error message “an error has occurred”. Jobs are also saying they’re running when they aren’t.
Was there any connectivity issue between the bot and orchestrator?
Nope - Bot is connected and available according to Orch
Does it happen always?
In the past, I’ve seen it where the Orchestrator server where it is installed had no available hard drive space, so the temporary logging was failing. Either that or the SQL server has an issue.
@ClaytonM - this was the problem. Contacted UiPath support for advice and it is resolved now. Thank you.
