Orchestrator job tab

Hi i am facing issues with orchestrator it may be due to multiple tenant account. please guide me.
issue: robot is not showing or loading into job tab even though all the connection has been made apart from it i can see the studio version is 2018.4.5 where as orchestrator is of 2019.3.0
please let me know possible solutions for this issue does i have to delete all the tenants and create if yes how to do it.

does i have to change the orchestrator if yes how to do it. or any other.

Are the robots showing in the “Robot” tab? Can you provide screenshots of your issue? Cheers!
