Orchestrator internal server error 500

Please let me know what are possible ways to troubleshoot internal server error 500 in orchestrator. Thanks

Internal server error 500 is a generic Error

Check below troubleshooting ways of Orchestrator

Also check the logs from the Event Viewer and there you will get a error log, Try to check that

Are you using the latest version? see below release notes under known issues =>

Or if you are using version 2020.10 . you will need to update to the latest version of 2020.10 to solve the problem.

We had a similar problem with version 2020.10 before as well (have to restart the server). Have to increase pooling time in orchestrator web config and reinstall.Net core in web server.
