Orchestrator CE - (500) Internal server error

Hello
I use UiPath 2018.1.1 and Orchestrator Community 2019
When updating the process version and trying to start it, I get the following error:
“The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal server error.”
How to fix it?
The proposed options on the forum are suitable only for paid versions Orchestrator
If all the same question was trivial, I apologize and wait for your help!
