Empty Orchestrator API Versions

Hi, I am trying to setup Robot to Orchestrator. When in uipath robot tray I enter the Machine key and Orchestrator URL and click on connect I get an error : Empty Orchestrator API Versions! NOTE : I created my account on Orchestrator around 6 months back. Not sure if it has something to do with the error. Can someone please help.

Yes i can able to connect but, i didn’t disconnect the bot latterly it will display connected unlicensed

was the url mentioned like this ROBOT TRAY to the field ORCHESTRATOR URL

New requirements for Robot to Orchestrator connection! Since latest update of Community Orchestrator please be careful when connecting Robot to Orchestrator. Now you need to provide full address like: https://platform.uipath.com/[AccountName]/[ServiceName] Before you needed to add just: https://platform.uipath.com/ You may find the full address in the address bar when you are on Orchestrator Tenant page. and also make sure that the machine name mentioned is as same as in your machine, while creating machine in orchestrator

and also the username and domain should be mentioned as in your machine while creating robots in robot tab of orchestrator
to get that in your machine go to CMD window and type as whoami and get the value of username and domain
