How can we make some activities optional?

In other words, say like i have created three activities in a sequence for three pop-ups. Sometimes, all three pop-ups will be displayed. Sometimes, only two…sometines, only one…

How can I handle this situation by making the pop-up activities optional?

I think this can be done by Parallel Activity
