Open application problem

Hello,
I’m trying to automate an app and i start by droping the activity “open application” but i get an error with the ui selector.
Actually i don’t get what’s wrong.
Could you please help me?

Thank you for your help, but I still get a problem sometimes the app does not open even I don’t get any error and even it works it tooks too long to open and does not pass to second step.
