Object reference not set to an instance of an object , while executing the workflow with orchestrator

I have gone through the earlier topics for this but the issue is when I try to execute the work flow from Orchestrator only then this error comes. I am attaching the xaml file as well.
Would appreciate the help.

I tried logging off and on but it seems to give me the same error.

Latest update… It got solved when I created another tenant.
Thanks a lot though.
