When using the O365 Get Mail activity and trying to read the emails from a shared mailbox, error "Access to OData is disabled" is thrown.
When using Office 365 Activities and trying to read the email from the shared mailbox getting an error "Access to OData is Disabled" .
Root Cause: This usually occurs when there is an Application Access Policy configured in Azure AD that would restrict access to the Mailbox used in the O365 activity.
Resolution:
- Engage the administrator to ensure that the app has permission to access the mailbox resource.
