Not getting the field to allocate the license in UiPath Cloud Orchestrator while adding a machine.

Issue Description: No license field is available to allocate the licenses while adding a machine in UiPath Cloud Orchestrator .

Resolution: Follow the below steps

Afterward, update the number of license to the tenant, and only after this, the licenses field when creating a new machine will be seen.
