Not able to install Studio on windows10

I am trying to install Studio community version, however i am getting error like “processor type not supported for this installation, please contact product vendor”. I met all the minimum system requirements

  • windows 10(32-bit)
  • 4gb RAM
  • 2- cores
  • i5 Processor
  • 2.5ghz speed, what else I need to install uipath ? Please help on this topic

Welcome to our UiPath community.

UiPath studio community edition available in 64-bit only but your windows is 32-bit. Because of that you are getting that error.

UiPath studio enterprise edition available in both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Hi

Welcome to uipath forum

By default, a 64-bit version of the installer is available ( UiPathStudio.msi ).

For 32 bit we can try with trial version of enterprise

You can download it from here

If you are an Enterprise customer, you can indeed request an earlier version installer from our technical support
