Not able to add Robots in Environment

While trying to add Robot in an environment “One or more robots have the package already deployed by another process(#1250)” error is coming.
Can someone help ?

This is the reason coming that your current robot having some scheduled/queues in process
stop it and re allocate it

I am having the same issue and I don’t have any queue or scheduled process as it has been suggested as the possible solution.

My issue is resolved, please check if the robot is in another environment and there is some job already scheduled. That will help. !
