No more Development robots available. Please update your license! (#1900) & No available licenses: the number of new machine slots would exceed the total license count. (#1916)

Hello Group,

I had a licensed version of UiPath installed on my computer. Sadly this one needed to be changed so I unregistered the license from the old one an installed it on the new laptop using https://robot.uipath.com/docs/regutil-command-descriptions
Due to some unresponsive robot, I deleted it from the https://platform.uipath.com/
Now, when I am trying to add a development Robot I get “No more Development robots available. Please update your license! (#1900)”

If I try and add a NonProduction Robot to Orchestrator I get “No available licenses: the number of new machine slots would exceed the total license count. (#1916)”

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution for it?

Really appreciate your answers.
Thanks, guys!

Buddy kindly check whether you have any 2 robots in orchestrator with Development type

Hello,

Thanks for the quick reply.
All my robots from Orchestrator were deleted. Orchestrator has currently no robot.

Hey man can you please help me out, i am currently seating with the same issue as the above

Hello,

It’s a good thing to contact support if you’ve ran out of options.
in the meantime, check that the connection with Orchestrator is set properly.

To be sure, go to wind>run>cmd > type: whoami

Recheck the details of your connection.
Hope it helps!

We changed our licensing solution. If you have Orchestrator version 19.4 and below, please generate the license file using this portal (not regutil): Activation. Then upload the file in Orchestrator and let us know if this is working.
