Hi,

Need to create Tickets in ServiceNow using Uipath v 2018.4. Cant find the package DH. Servicenow . Any Suggestions please. Currently i have installed UipathTeam. Servienow package which has “Add/Delete/Update/Get Incidents”.

If i use Add Incident , its asking to configure parameters. I don’t understand. Any sample workflow will be very helpful .
Please Help !!
