Need practice test to better understanding of regex

Hi Guys
I really appreciate if anyone can provide me practice test to learn and be expert in regular expression. I have learn regex from different source like forum ,YouTube and web portal and also I can write easy regex expression is some scenario but get difficulty to write complex one.
