起動チェックのElementExistsをモダンで置き換える方法を教えてください

これまでClassicでUiElementExists開発していた機能を モダンに置き換えたいと考えていますが、方法をご教示ください。 １．RPA実行時に、すでにExcelが起動されているか存在チェック。 （正常動作としてExcel起動していないパターンもあり） ２．画面から表示されるメッセージが表示されたかをチェック。 （こちらも表示されないパターンもあり） これをモダンに置き換えるには、アプリケーションを使用で指定し、 「エラー発生時に実行を継続」をTrueにするしかないでしょうか。 要素を確認でExcel、メッセージ内のダミー項目を指定するしかないでしょうか。
