My First Studio Web Project “Studio,” for professional development, “StudioX,” for citizen development, and the third option, “Studio Web” for professional-citizen development.
Use Case Description
“Studio Web” targets companies that have already adopted UiPath products and wish to expand their automation efforts. The users of “Studio Web” are envisioned as system developers and operators not directly associated with UiPath. With their basic IT knowledge, they can quickly master “Studio Web” and immediately reap the benefits of automation.
A current challenge lies in the time-consuming setup of development and execution environments when using “Studio” or “StudioX” and “Robot,” resulting in a high barrier to adoption.
Combining “Studio Web” with “Automation Cloud Robots-Serverless” allows for starting automation without prior preparation and contributes to its expansion. Moreover, leveraging Orchestrator API enables the aggregation of Robot Unit (RU) usage, allowing for automatic cost billing based on consumption for the team.
Looking ahead, “Studio Web” being entirely web-based facilitates secure and easy sharing of automation workflows. By enriching automation workflows with “Integration Service,” the introduction of citizens ready to enjoy the benefits of automation in the next phase becomes possible. These citizens are envisioned as business users without system knowledge, who can freely benefit from automation without dealing with cumbersome procedures or settings by finding their desired automation workflows and registering with “Integration Service.”
