Hello,
we struggle with our Orchestrator set up.
We have two running robots.
If the Orchestrator has for example 5 Queue Items and the Trigger is activated with the following settings, we will get 7 running jobs.
If we have 10 items we will get 12 triggered jobs.
Settings Trigger:
We always have two jobs extra, which will be failed because of a missing Queue item.
Failure Message:
We already tried deleting the Queue and Trigger, changing the Setting from 9999 to 1/2/3 but the extra jobs occur despite the changed settings.
We are looking forward to your ideas for a Solution!

@l.matzen,
I feel it must be Execute the process N Times
but I don’t see it in your screenshot. Is your Orchestrator not on cloud? If not check the Orchestrator config for similar key if it’s being managed there.
Thanks,
Ashok
Hi Ashok,
thank you for your reply.
We are not on Cloud and we don’t have any configs like yours.
@l.matzen,
Is it the same behavior for all the process or it’s happening with only this particular process?
it’s the same with every process
@l.matzen,
Ok then it indicate some misconfiguration in Orchestrator settings. I don’t have knowledge on this.
You can raise this to UiPath support. They should be able to rectify it.
Thanks,
Ashok
