Resolution for obtaining the missing status field from users export cvs.
Issue Description: On trying to download the list of users along with status ( whether active/ pending ), when the csv is downloaded from Admin Console> Manage Access > Assign Roles path, it does not provide the status field. Can that be added or is there alternate way to download list of users along with roles etc and current status?
Resolution: According to Automation Hub - Downloading and Uploading a CSV , here the CSV will not contain the information from the Status column, by design. Add it manually in the CSV.
Alternatively,
- Perform the filter and then download separate files for each status.
