Missing permissions in new folder

I have a new folder. But some features in folder is missing like in below picture. Please help me to fix this.

Hi @quangdh,

For that, you can do following:

  1. Go to tenant-> folders → select your folder name → on right hand side panel, you will see users assigned to this folder-> locate the role assigned to your user under this folder.

  2. Then go to tenant → manage access-> modify that role permissions to enable view in monitoring. Herein if not sure how to do that, please refer the link shared by @Palaniyappan in above post.

Hi,
I created a robot account and assigned it with “Robot” role, as a system provided role, it should be enough for a robot to run jobs right? So I kind of think it’s not about rights or roles.

if you are missing any fetchers in Folder means only for following

Assets
Storage Files
Storage Buckets
Connections
Environments
Execution Media
Folder Packages
Jobs
Logs
Monitoring
Processes
Queues
Triggers
Subfolders
Action Assignment
Action Catalogs
Actions
Test Case Execution Artifacts
Test Data Queue Items
Test Data Queues
Test Set Executions
Test Sets
Test Set Schedules
Transactions

the above list only that may control the view options on the folders

So what you have to do it ,

If you are the admin ==> go to the user permission and folder permission that may be enable your fetchers as your folder want

Make sure if you are used custom role , Orchestrator having some of default roles those are not available to edit ,

If you are not the admin ==> you have to ask form your and to do the above task
