Microsoft OneDrive and sharepoint connector

Hello, this question is about the sharepoint connector in the enterprise version. My IT admin gave permission in Azure, the question is that if I build a connector in integration service using my email account, in studio can another developer use the same connector (in the same orchestrator folder of course)? Also can someone please clarify when admin grants permission, is it user based? In studio what determines the site/folder/file access? It doesn’t make too much sense if the bot can only access the site that my own account can access (because I built the connector using my account)?

Please have a look at below post, integration service does have sharing feature, so it should not be user specific.
