Hi, we are receiving this error whenever we try to open an Excel File (.xls) that we downloaded from an email. How can we resolve this?

Have you tested to install the Excel add-in from UiPath Studio first?

The add-in is installed. We even tried uninstalling it but it wouldn’t uninstall.
