Microsoft 365 Email Activities stop working after a while

I’m using integration service to use the Microsoft 365 Email activities, I already setup the account and use it, but after a some time it starts showing the following error message: “User does not have Connections.View permissions on the connection folder”.

As I mentioned I created and USED the connection, but after a while it prevents me to do anything realated to the email.

As aditional data I forgot to mention that the problem gets temporary solved if I log off and log into the VM where the studio is installed.

What Microsoft 365 package version are you using and what is the Robot Version?

Is this happening at Debug time in Studio or at Runtime when you run the Job?

I had the same issue. I checked the Role for my prod machine user, it was Robot. I checked the folder permissions for the role Robot and selected Connections under it. It worked. Before all these, I set up integration service for the microsoft account. Hope this helps.
