Hi,
I have added the Outlook connection to UiPath but I cant seem to be able to use the “For Each Email” activity in the MicrosoftOffice365.Activities package.
Problem is, the activity does not find any email and just exits the box, finishing execution. I am not adding filters, I have already selected the connection to my Outlook and I am selecting “Inbox” as the email folder.
Output is literally nothing because it just enters the activity and leaves inmediately. Any ideas?
Check if unread is only check and if any unread emails are present
Also can you show a screenshot of the configuration please…
And I hope the folder name matches exactly that is Inbox
Also a quick question I hope you are configuring office 365 mail only as I see you are saying outlook and using miceosoft365…
If microsoft365 then I hope you have mail.read permissions given to the user

Check if you have the Only unread mails option checked, and also the folder name is case sensitive, so make you are typing the folder name exactly.

Although you mentioned you are not adding filters, it can be helpful to add a simple filter initially to narrow down the search and test if any emails are being retrieved.
For example, you can set a filter to retrieve emails received within the last few days or from a specific sender.
This can help identify if the issue lies in the connection or the folder selection.

I dont understand the office 365 mail part in your comment. Does this activity not work with Outlook? Should I configure something in 365?
Ypu have given a shared mailbox but I see that is the primary mail box only…so please remove it
