Message: The requested user ' ' is invalid - UiPath integration services

Hi All,
I have been struggling with integration services.

Problem 1: I created a connection for a mailbox but when I run the process which calls that connection, the process reads another mailbox instead!

Problem 2: When I run my process, it fails with the error saying that the requested user is invalid.

What might be the problem?
Please help.

@Loveness01,

There is defiantly something not configured properly in connection, or you are using different connection than the targeted one.

If possible, delete the connection and create another fresh one.
