Please Can someone let me know, how IMAP and outlook activity works? Which is secure one?

It is simple for outlook activity , outlook has to be installed on the same server on which uipath is installed…
For imap activity you need smtp details like email id, password ,port and server like for gmail smtp server will be “smtp.gmail.com” and port -“465”
