We have created Agentic process integrated with Maestro workflow. In the start event created mail connection to start when email received and created event trigger whenever email received but event trigger is not running and flow are not getting initiated
Hi Prasad ![]()
First, please double-check that the email trigger is properly configured as the Start Event inside your Maestro workflow. Make sure the mail connection is authorized and active, and that the trigger condition (“when an email is received”) is correctly linked to the event.
If everything looks correct but the event still isn’t firing, could you please share a screenshot of your Start Event configuration? That will help us understand the setup and guide you more accurately.
Hi Prasad,
The issue occurs because the email-based Event Trigger in Maestro is not firing, which prevents the Agentic workflow from starting.
This usually happens when the Mail Connection or the Event Trigger is not fully activated or synced inside Maestro.
To fix this, first verify that the Mail Connection is successfully authenticated and showing the status as “Connected” in Maestro Connections. Then ensure the Event Trigger is mapped to the correct mailbox, folder, and event type (for example, When New Email Arrives).
Also confirm that the trigger is enabled and associated with the correct workflow version.
If the workflow requires specific permissions, make sure the automation cloud robot and the project have access to the mail connection resource.
Finally, check Maestro Event Logs to see whether the incoming email is being detected—if no event is logged, the issue is with the mail connection; if the event is logged but the flow does not start, then the issue is with the workflow configuration. Re-publishing the workflow or re-creating the trigger after refreshing the mail connection often resolves the problem.
if the above approches didnot work please kindly let us know, also share the screenshots if possible regarding the issue.
