Lost all my course progress and cannot access any academy trainings anymore

Hello,

For some reason when logged into my account, I’ve lost access to the training modules. It only gives me the option to take the assessment.

However, when logged out I can view all the courses in each training plan. It appears that this problem has been affecting other users randomly throughout the years.

I submitted multiple help tickets, with no response yet. I would really appreciate it if someone can expedite this b/c my goal is to take the assessment for Automation Developer Professional in the coming weeks. Thank you!
