My progress was removed from all my completed courses

Yesterday, June 29, I managed to finish 20 courses of the 27 of my learning plan for the advanced developer certification, but today, June 28, I entered the platform and my progress is 0%, now having all the courses as not finished :c

If yes, it would be better to raise a ticket with the academy support team.
