How does the live stream technically work? Our robot VM’s can only connect to internet recourses over HTTPS port 443. Cloud Orchestrator connection works fine but the live stream keeps failing. What connection path does it use? We assumed it was from the client browser directly to the VM’s but apparently it is not because it does not work. How can we make the client connect directly to the robot live stream? Firewall restrictions are very strict and cannot be modified easily.
Looks like it should work based on the documentation, but is does not. Is there some logging in can check? Orchestrator or Robot?

Also depending on robot and studio versions you ahve realvnc and tightvnc check both…

So… somehow tight VNC was missing on the machine i was testing on. It was present on all others… That explained the issue. I forgot this machine was reinstalled and forgot to check all requirements.
