Livestreaming not working on 1 of the 2 servers

Hello,

we have 2 VM’s. On 1 VM the livestreaming works great, on the other it doesn’t work.

Both dont have VNC installed but on the one that works the UiPath version is 24.10.1 the other one is the newest 2025.10.6

What can be the reason other than version differences? I tried finding a download link for 24.10.1 but theres none (I’m on enterprise)

Furthermore, i can click on the button “Open Livestream” from orchestrator to the server, but it shows a black screen with “Error cannot currently show Desktop”. So it doesn’t show anything, on the other VM it works fine.

I had to reïnstaller UiPath on my Unattended Machine as “Unattended” and that did the job
