Licensing Standalone robot problem

Hi all,

I am encountering a problem when licensing a standalone robot. I have 1 Studio Enterprise license + 1 Attended Robot Enterprise license purchased. My setup is:

  • PC1 (DEV environment): Studio installed, licensed correctly.
  • PC2 (PROD environment): Standalone Robot installed, cannot license it.

As I don’t have Orchestrator license, I am trying to license the robot by using regutil.exe command. I have tried online activation (see screenshot below, first deactivation, then activation commands):

After I run the activation commands, I get “License status: -115” and “Error #20: Cannot read license expire date: -6003, error description: Lookup of tag failed”.

Please anyone can help me activating the robot?

Problem solved. Device ID was linked to a previous device, so the support unlinked this device and I finally could activate the robot. Closing!
