Licensing attended floating robots confusion

Hi
I thought I had attended and floating robots worked out but it doesn’t seem to do what I want. I have 10 users and 3 attended licenses. I want to install an attended robot on each users laptops, I realise that only 3 can use an attended robot at any one time, which is fine. Orchestrator will not allow me to create anymore than 3 robots so how do I define the 10 possible users in Orchestrator? How do I get around this without investing in 7 more licenses?

Hi @chrisspring,

I am guessing you have an attended Named User license. In order to provision an unlimited number of attended robots, you’ll need to purchase a attended concurrent license. You can read more here: Licensing

I suppose so, we bought the attended licenses as attended not a particular type. I assume we can just get our Named User Licenses changed to concurrent?

In this case I would suggest you to contact our Licencing Support. They should be able to at least provide you with information on how to proceed :slight_smile:
