In versions before 2018.4, there was no grace period and the Orchestrator would stop working immediately after the license expired. However, in versions 2018.4 and later, UiPath introduced grace period after license expiry. (Grace period applies only for Orch & not any other UiPath products)

our orchestrator expire date is next month but robot and dev license is getting expire this month, do we get grace period for robot and dev license ?
Yes, your UiPath Orchestrator robot/user license will expire on the date specified in the license. If you do not renew your license before the expiration date, your robots will not be able to run.
UiPath Orchestrator provides a 14-day grace period after the license expiration date. During this grace period, you can continue to use your robots, but you will receive notifications that your license has expired and that you need to renew it. After the 14-day grace period, your robots will no longer be able to run.

By default, you are notified 180, 90, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before the license expiry date.
Basically I have seen 14 days to 3 weeks as grace period
To get accurate information about the grace period associated with your UiPath license, it’s recommended to consult your UiPath licensing documentation or contact your UiPath account representative or support team.
