Kibana queries to know total execution time of each bot , total success failure etc??

I think for these metrics you do not need any query.
you can simply create a visualisation & add the fields as per your requirement from the dedicated logs for that process you need
Also there is one Sample Dashboard in Kibana, that has 2 visualisation already built there, just filter it for your process and you will gain the idea to create other visualisation.
you can mention other details of the issues you are facing so that we can help on that.
to get these KPI’s how to implement query or how to make dashboard i wanted to know , there are no video’s or document present in neither YouTube nor on forum .
Below is the marketplace component thay is the connector for getting the predefined KPIs in Kibana.
Below video shows the process to create the KPI dashboard in kibana using log fields.
