JSD(Jira servcie desk) integration with Clarity and ALM
Use Case Description
Created Common Jira service desk(JSD) integration bot for all 8 work orders + ALM (5 work orders) which start work orders, manages and update count to end users with detail. Automation is working 24/7 and scheduled on orchestrator with 15 mins of interval as well as created UiPath app which overall saves 818.9 hours monthly. Used Jira API, Jira integration activities, JSON, UiPath –Teams integration (Chabot) ,PowerShell scripts, UiPath apps , orchestrator to achieve best outcome. Detailed workflow with recording I have mentioned in next slides.We can run any urgent ticket with less SLA through UiPath App also and application is handed over to handling team.
