Job faulted - Access is denied

When i tried to run robot for the first time, the job failed in Orchestrator. the robot is connected status.
i can publish from studio to orchestrator but i could not run. please help

sorry, my bad, i was new user name while creating robot. when i give domain\environ(“username”) of the robot machine, i am able to connect to robot.
