Job configuration not valid

Hello,

I was trying to run a process and when I click on start then Orchestrator is showing an alert "Job configuration not valid:
Job will remain in pending state because of the following reasons:

  1. This job can run only under an account with credentials defined and there is none assigned to this folder.

Do you want to continue?"

Can you please help me out on this one?

Some things to make sure you’ve done

  • Enabled unattended robot for the robot/user
  • Enter the domain\username and Windows credential for the robot/user
  • Assign the robot/user to the folder where your process you’d like to run is

Dear Rana,

Please goto Tenant ->Manage Access->Click on the 3 dots against your username and Edit->Click Next in that pop up and Select below options and provide Windows credentials DomainName\Username (get it from cmd->whoami) and Password same as windows:

Hi,

I have done the steps you have mentioned, still the job is in pending state.

Hi @Azhar_Patel,

Can you show below screenshot?

Go to tenant → folders-> select your folder name → on right lane, you will see 2 tabs(users,machines)-> click on machines and see if machine is assigned to this folder?
