Java Extension - Recognize controls/selectors but not working on runtime

Hi, we have problems with Java extension for UiPath…

UiPath recognizes java controls, but can’t interact with them on runtime… please, can you help me?

once after installing java extension make sure that the uipath studio is restarted
Or to be better restart the machine where we are going to execute the process
and try once

Fine was the java application closed before installing the java extension
